DEMON DETANGLED ("demonvn") is an episodic visual novel about an awful boy who wants to become a demon. It is currently on hiatus, but soon to return to active development.
In a world inhabited by mysterious man-eating creatures called "demons," fifteen-year-old Mordred Weber wants nothing more than to capture one... so that he can become a demon and terrorize people too, of course.After a faulty experiment tangles him up with a cowardly demon, however, Mordred must reconnect with the humanity he so despises if he's to keep them under the radar of local demon hunters.Dealing with demons? Easy!Dealing with humans? ...Not so much.
In the first part, you play as Mordred in the aftermath of his disastrous demon-capturing attempt.While trying to take a demon's powers as his own, Mordred inadvertently binds the two together -- in front of his demon-hunting classmate, no less! Now with reinforcements on the way, Mordred must work quickly if he has any chance of fulfilling his lifelong obsession.A second demon lurking at his school's Homecoming dance offers the perfect solution to his problems... but to capture it, Mordred will have to deal with something a million times worse: the annoying social lives of his human classmates.
